Students

To be able to register as students, participants must present their academic ID at registration and during the conference.

Payments should be made via bank transfer to:

Payment Receipt

The payment receipt will be sent via email after AGLIS has received both the completed registration form and payment. Please note that receipts will not be issued before June 2025.

A valid email address is required during registration.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be sent by email after the conference and will not be available at the conference venue.

Data Protection & personal data

During the registration procedure and the holding of the Conference, the personal data of each participant is being processed. By registering for the AGLIS Conference 2025, the participant consents to such data processing to the extent necessary for his/her participation and full use of the Conference services. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable national data protection legislation and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Personal data will not be forwarded to third parties, except in accordance with Article 3 of Law No. 6 GDPR: (a) explicit consent; (b) performance or conclusion of a contract; (c) performance of a legal obligation; (d) protection of the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person; (e) public interest or execution of public authority; (f) legitimate interest of the controller and balancing of interests.

Photos and Videos

Participants understand that images and audio recordings may be captured during the conference for educational purposes or promotional use (e.g., on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). By registering, participants consent to this usage without any claim for compensation. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the conference secretariat at co2025@eebep.gr.
